By accessing or using smallbits.design (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Smallbits provides:

• Access to a collection of pixel art icons
• Free download of icon files
• Optional purchases for extended features or support
• Documentation and resources for using the icons

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

Account and Registration

Currently, no account registration is required to download free icons. If you make a purchase:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your purchase confirmation and download links
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your purchase

Purchases and Payments

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (Lemon Squeezy or CREAM). By making a purchase, you agree to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to offer promotions or discounts at our discretion
• Taxes may apply based on your location

Payment Obligations

• You agree to pay all charges incurred by you at the prices in effect when charges are incurred
• You are responsible for providing valid payment information
• Failed or declined payments will prevent completion of your purchase

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once you download the files. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which is waived upon download. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis:

Eligible for Refund

• Technical issues that prevent you from accessing purchased content
• Duplicate purchases made in error
• Product significantly differs from description

Not Eligible for Refund

• Change of mind after download
• Misunderstanding of product features (when clearly described)
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase

Our Rights

All content on this Website, including icons, designs, text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Minor Adventures and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Icon Usage Rights

Usage rights for Smallbits icons are governed by our separate License Agreement. These Terms of Service cover use of the Website itself, not the icons.

Website Content

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any portion of the Website content without explicit written permission, except as allowed for the icons under the License Agreement.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Website
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

We may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
